We give free advice and assistance to those eligible under Legal Help and Controlled Legal Representation on all immigration, asylum and nationality issues to persons in the UK and abroad. We can take cases to the higher courts by way of appeal and judicial review.
Cases we deal with are wide and varied from individual and business clients, to client’s abroad. Contact us to find out if we can help you.
The areas we work in
- Advice
- Representation at appeal hearings before adjudicators by competent and experienced Barristers of Solicitor Advocates.
- Applications for leave to appeal to the Immigration Appeal Tribunal (on a point of law)
- Applications for judicial review and for appeals to the higher courts (such as Court of Appeal)
When you seek advice
When you seek advice and assistance from us our first contact may be with our experienced lega receptionist or a caseworker or a solicitor.
If you attend our office by appointment you should be seen as soon as possible keeping waiting to a minimum. If you attend our office without an appointment you will be kept informed of how long you should have to wait before seeing a solicitor or a caseworker. If you cannot be seem and early appointment will be given to you.
If, for whatever reason, we cannot help you with your case then we will refer you to other competent legal representatives.
Maintaining a Quality Service
Kuddus Solicitors complies fully with the Legal Services Commission’s quality standard – the Community Legal Service Specialist Quality Mark. This involves external audit and inspection by the Legal Services Commission. In order to comply with their requirements we have detailed written Procedures Manual and supervisors undertake regular independent file review as well as other checks.
There is continuing training for staff and all offices are fully computerised.
We also have procedures in place for complaints and suggestions. We endeavour to maintain a high level quality of service at all times.
