Advice in General
Frequently we receive enquiries from various nationalities on a host of immigration issues and in particular requiring advice over the telephone. It is our aim to will assist as much as we can over the telephone but we cannot give detailed advice over the telephone or in response to written requests. To do this could be misleading on our part without knowing all the details of your case.
Where possible, we would request that we see the client in person and any documentation he or she may have and for an initial consultation to assess the case and advise on merits of the case and what we can do to assist the client. Only in exceptional cases do we provide advice over the telephone and this would be general and not necessarily case specific.
The advice and other information posted on our website is only a general guide. Those intending to rely on any aspects of the website must seek full legal advice. It is only a general guide to those wanting information on different aspects of Asylum, Immigration and Nationality law.
